PICK-UP:  Thursday, November 30th, 2pm-6pm OR Friday, December 1st, 11am -1pm.

Southern Hills United Methodist Church, 6160 S. Lewis. Location is south of 61st street and on west side of Lewis. Please drive to rear of the church and use kitchen entrance at northwest corner.    

DELIVERY: If you order a minimum of 10 plants or $180, they will be delivered to you on Thursday, November 30th, after 2pm. When checking out of your shopping cart you will be asked to provide any special parking and delivery instructions.
